This project focuses on the study of the basic unit, known as locality, which provides a physical space dedicated to the realization of sporting and cultural events, to create an application that implements an algorithm that is able to analyze and calculate the visual quality of a venue from each of its locations, taking into account factors such as visual occlusions or the distance to the point of care, among others.
Typically, enclosures or venues are composed of different sectors or bleachers where the visual quality of each of these points is very different, depending on many factors that vary depending on the type of enclosure you want to analyze. The algorithm implemented in aUnity3D application analyzes each of these cases present and provides an indicator of visual quality by location, and is able to reflect this information in a ticketing platform, determining price ranges of each locality according to quality. The final result of the algorithm is validated visually by the application itself.
This project has been Implemented within a test environment in the FCBarcelona Tickteting System for the 2017-2018 Season.
